IT ALL STARTED WHEN…
Indy met Mark in Chico CA, at the Sierra Nevada Brewing Company, for the release of the breweries first IPA.
Their shared love of beer (and each other ;-) grew from there.
21 years later, after many years in the beer world (brewing and then selling), Mark was ready to begin a venture of his own.
Indy, ready for a change of pace herself, jumped on board. Bringing her positive ethos and infectious energy into the mix.
Their son, Will, stepped in to help with sales & delivery.
And just like that, Vermont Beer Shepherd was born- the original family-run-homegrown-distribution company that has gained momentum in the Green Mountain State.
It’s Good Imports followed soon after- Indy and Mark’s beer travels, industry relationships, and international vision made it a no-brainer. Their intent to create a free-flowing web of beer across the US and internationally makes this venture boundless and stoke-worthy.
